4 tips to create the boujiest wedding morning photos

Here's just a couple of things you can do to make your opportunities for wedding photos that little bit better on your wedding day…

SENTIMENTAL ITEMS

Number one. Have some sentimental items like a parents or grandparents wedding album, as well as your stationery, invites and anything else that's personally important to you for the wedding day, ready to be photographed. A parent's wedding album in particular can prove for some lovely moments In the morning, it's also nice to hear some interesting stories that come from it. Your wedding stationery, save the dates and invites, make a lovely addition to some flat layer photos with your jewellery, veal, wedding shoes and chosen scent for the day etc.

COORDINATING GIFT GIVING

Number two. Coordinate any gift giving so that the photographer can be present, it often makes for some nice photos. If this can be staged in a room with nice lighting and everyone cuddled around and open all their gifts and wearing jewellery etc together if there's a gift from your other half or a letter, it's also nice to coordinate this with the photographer too so that they're ready to capture the moment when you read his or her, words of comfort and reassurance for the morning this of course doesn't necessarily have to happen with the prying eyes of all your family. We can sneak you off to a quieter room with nice light or even outdoors if you have the weather to have this moment for yourself.

GIVING THE DRESS ITS MOMENT

Number three. As well as having your bits and pieces of jewellery and shoes at hand, It's a really good idea to have somewhere special to hang the dress in some cases it can be a gloomy day and we just don't have the space or light to do this, also some houses just don't have privacy sometimes needed to hang a dress by the window without the nosy neighbours peeking in to see what you'll be wearing on the day. This does however make for a glorious photo opportunity, If there is space to hang the dress or suit by a staircase in some nice light, you can make it a real hero of the wedding preparations and it also makes a gorgeous picture for  your wedding album.

ENJOY YOUR MORNING

Number four. Try not to leave yourself with too many jobs to do in the morning. I've heard from past clients that they really love looking back on their wedding photos from the morning preparations and seeing the look of delight on their face and just the general fun they're having with family and friends. These really are special moments in the morning, and it's lovely when a couple gets the chance to enjoy them without the stress of leaving, steaming a dress, ironing a shirt or finishing the last couple of place settings. Enjoy!! You may only do this once in your life…
